Sterizon's solution for implementing customer loyalty and rewards program is wiRewards. Sterizon's wiZit handheld is all that is needed to implement the program. Customer's email address or phone number is their rewards club membership identity. Customer's can signup for the rewards program in-store using the Sterizon wiZit device while they are at the business location.
Once signed up, on each subsequent customer visit, customer mentions their email address or phone number to the business representative (like a waiter or service person or cashier) to receive reward points for their current visit. The business representative uses the Sterizon wiZit device to validate the membership and credit the points accumulated for that visit. Business owner will be able view and analyze the rewards activity using Sterizon Web Portal. Customer's can go online to view their accumulated membership points. Reward points redemption is also done through the Sterizon wiZit device.
